Attorney David Oh is experienced in a variety of legal practice areas, including business litigation/transaction, labor/employment law, landlord/tenant law and real estate litigation/transaction. In addition, Mr. Oh has broad experience in the area of general litigation.
Mr. Oh earned a dual major B.A. degree from the University of California, Irvine, and he obtained his law degree from the Western State University College of Law. Mr. Oh is also a licensed real estate broker with experience in handling commercial/residential real estate transactions and working with real estate investors and companies.
Prior to opening his law practice, Mr. Oh worked at law firms serving Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses.
